The muscle up pathway assumes a base of pulling and pushing strength. Answer honestly. Clean, full range reps only.

Strict pull ups on rings

Dead hang to chin over ring height, full range, no kipping or swinging.

Bodyweight dips on rings

On the rings, not bars. Full lockout at the top, controlled through the bottom, rings stable.

Pain free training

No wrist, elbow or shoulder pain during or after pulling and pushing work.
